Only last month Thimbleweed Park co-creator Ron Gilbert said that the puzzle adventure game was on the very cusp of a mobile release and today the developer revealed not only those dates, but also one for the Nintendo Switch.
The puzzle adventure game will be available for download for iOS on Sept. 19 and follow to Android a few weeks later on Oct. 3, with a price tag of $9.99. Gilbert had teased that Thimbleweed Park would be making its way to the Nintendo Switch, but now has a definitive date of Sept. 21 and will run for $19.99. The Switch version will support both touch screen and Joy-Con controller inputs.
Terrible Toybox secured funding for the development of Thimbleweed Park through a successful Kickstarter campaign back in Nov. 2014. The developer received $422,181 in backing from 11,426 supporters, and would bring the puzzle adventure game to market on March 30, 2017.
Thimbleweed Park is available for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Xbox One.
